Clayton Brace Helps Law-Men Through
02 May 2010 17:43:00

Alfreton Town are through to the Blue Square North play-off final after coming from behind to beat Workington 3-1 at the Impact Arena on Sunday afternoon.

In front of a crowd of 1,575, Gareth Arnison headed the visitors in front after 13 minutes but a superb Ian Ross free kick on 37 minutes hauled Nicky Law's side level and back in front on aggregate.

Two goals from man of the match Paul Clayton I(pictured) on 48 and 87 minutes ensured Alfreton deservedly go through to next Sunday's final where they will either travel to Fleetwood Town or be at home to Droylsden, depending on the result of Sunday's other semi final which didn't kick-off until 4pm.
