Holdsworth and Law Win Monthly Gongs

The Blue Square South Manager of the Month award goes to Newport County manager Dean Holdsworth.

With the league sponsors paying out on a Newport title win over two months before the season is due to end, Holdsworth’s side show no signs of stopping.

This is Holdsworth`s third award of the season after another unbeaten month, including four wins and two draws.

Nicky Law from Alfreton Town has won the award in the Blue Square North.

Alfreton kept up their pace for a tilt at the play-off places in the division, despite the disappointment of seeing runaway title challengers Southport and Fleetwood Town move out of reach.

Law (pictured) managed his side to three wins and two draws earning eleven points from a possible fifteen.
