Gateshead's Blue Square Premier relegation six-pointer against Forest Green Rovers, postponed at the weekend, has been rescheduled for Tuesday, March 16th.
Rugby League ground sharers Gateshead Thunder have put their final Northern Rail Cup group game against Batley Bulldogs back 24 hours so that the Forest Green game can go ahead.
This will give now give Gateshead two home games in March with Wrexham at the International stadium the Tuesday after Forest Green on 23rd March.
Gateshead will play seven games in March, two at home and five away, followed by six in the final month, including four home games.
The trip to Gateshead will be the first of three consecutive away games for Forest Green with Kettering and Salisbury to follow the long haul to the North East.
Gateshead's final six home games of the season will see all under 16s admitted free when accompanied by a paying adult.
Long serving central defender James Curtis meanwhile will be suspended for the next two games after he was booked for the 10th time this season in the 1-0 defeat at Tamworth on Tuesday.
Captain Kris Gate, set to have a scan on a troublesome thigh injury, will also miss Saturday's game against Histon in Cambridgeshire.
