Blue Square North club Droylsden have brought in two new players in the vastly experienced Terry Barwick from UniBond League Division One South side Goole AFC and ex-Rhyl player Paul Smith.
Barwick (pictured), 27, started his career with Scunthorpe United and then had spells with Grimsby Town and on loan to York City before going non-League with Northwich Victoria in 2006.
He has since turned out for the Bloods` neighbours and league rivals Stalybridge Celtic, where he made just under 100 appearances.
He signed for Goole AFC from UniBond Premier Division side Retford United in December 2009.
Liverpool-born midfielder Smith was in the Chester City youth development set-up, making his Football League debut as a 17-year-old substitute against Rochdale in February 2009.
He went on to make four further substitute appearances for the club during their relegation season from League Two and joined Rhyl in August 2009.
He had his contract cancelled by the Lillies in January 2010 for "disciplinary reasons".
