01 February 2010 11:53:00

Blue Square Premier club Kidderminster Harriers have announced that a deal has been agreed with Coca-Cola League Two side Burton Albion to bring pacy winger Marc Goodfellow to Aggborough on loan until the end of the season.

The 28-year-old has plenty of Football League and Blue Square Premier experience following spells at Stoke City, Bristol City, Swansea City and Albion.

He began his career at the Potteries as a youth team player before breaking through to the first-team and making more than fifty appearances.

This led to a £50,000 move to Bristol some six years ago, where he featured regularly during the 2004/05 campaign before spending spells out on the loan at likes of Port Vale and Colchester United.

He became a Swans player permanently in 2005, before spending time at Grimsby where helped them to the League Two play-offs.

His move to Burton came in the 2007 January transfer window and in amongst close to ninety games for the Brewers was last term's dream promotion to the Football League. He featured heavily, scoring six goals in thirty appearances as the Pirelli Stadium outfit clinched the title on the last day of the season.

Although he has failed to hold down a firm League Two place this season, he has impressed out on loan at Barrow in the BSP where he scored twice in five games - as well as featuring in the huge FA Cup tie at Sunderland just a few weeks ago.

Right-footed, Goodfellow can play on either flank and is sure to be a handful once again for Blue Square Premier defences between now and the conclusion of this campaign.
