Bromley Pick up an Angel
15 January 2010 11:57:00

Ryman League Premier Division club Tonbridge Angels have lost winger Steve Ferguson, who has left Longmead to join Blue Square South side Bromley.

Arguably one of the Angels' best players this season, Ferguson started his career at Scottish side East Fife before a £100,000 move to Tottenham Hotspur in 2000.

Limited appearances for Spurs saw him move out on loan to Motherwell, before joining then Conference National side Woking in 2003.

He then moved on to AFC Wimbledon before being released in 2008 by boss Terry Brown and was snapped up by Angels.
