Rushden & Diamonds' appeal for wrongful dismissal against the sending off of Lee Tomlin versus Mansfield Town on Saturday will not be heard on Tuesday.
The Chairman of the FA's Judicial Panel has postponed the hearing until later on this week, it will be heard before Saturday 26th September 2009.
This means that, for the time being, Lee's suspension will be delayed, meaning he WILL be allowed to play in tonight's fixture against Gateshead.
