Kevin Wilson has signed a new three-year contract with Blue Square Bet North club Ilkeston Town.
Wilson led the Robins to an eighth-place finish in their first Conference campaign.
Ilkeston chairman Gary Hodder said: "This demonstrates the early promises and the commitment to giving the club some stability.
"We are planning for the future and Kevin is a big part of the jigsaw."
Wilson said he was delighted to pledge his future to the club.
"We are looking to develop," said the former Kettering Town and Corby Town boss. "Whether we get players from pro clubs our through the academy, we will be moving in the right direction.
"We were competitive on the budget last year and we are going to be competitive again this year."
