Blue Square North club Droylsden have snapped up three former Farsley Celtic players in forwards Lee Ellington and Gareth Grant and defender Patrece Liburd.
Ellington started his career in the Football League with Hull City before being released in March 2000.
He then signed for Exeter City for the remainder of the 1999/00 season and then joined Gainsborough Trinity in October 2000.
He was a prolfic for Trinity and evenually Stalybridge Celtic won the race for his signature in September 2005.
Ellington signed for Farsley in June 2009 from Stalybridge Celtic having been a long-time target of manager Neil Parsley as, in four years at Bower Fold, he struck seventy-five times in 188 games.
Grant returned to Farsley in March 2009 after nearly a year out of football. He is well-known in West Yorkshire for spells with Bradford City, Harrogate Town and of course Farsley.
Liburd (pictured) joined Celtic in July 2009 after leaving Macclesfield Town. Previously with Dorchester Town, Bradford City and Nottingham Forrest, he has played international football with St Kitts & Nevis.
Meanwhile, former Barrow and England `C`midfielder Paul Brown has left the Bloods due to work commitments.
