Staines Town won their derby at home against another struggler, Hampton & Richmond Borough.
Dean Thomas gave the Swans an 18th minute lead and then Ali Chaaban took over, making it 2-0 right on half time and then completing his hat trick with goals in the 69th and 74th minutes.
Bishop`s Stortford had a miserable afternoon at Cressing Road, losing 2-0 to Braintree Town and having Louis Riddle dismissed in a first half that saw the Iron score twice through Michael Power on 29 minutes and Sean Marks 10 minutes later.
