Five second-half goals saw Blue Square Bet South club Havant & Waterlooville beat Toolstation Western League side Barnstaple Town 6-0 at Mill Road in the Joma 2010 South West Challenge Cup
The victory put Havant top of group four and they will meet Shrewsbury Town, the group three winners, in Saturday's semi final at Elmore.
Despite dominating the first half, Havant had to settle for the one goal they scored inside the opening 4 minutes.
It was a simple but well-executed effort, Craig Robson heading a long throw by Jon McDonald into the top corner.
As in the first half, Havant got an early goal in the second. Ten minutes in, Bobby Hopkinson fed a smart ball to Liam Sewell on the right wing and then headed the cross home.
On 65 minutes Steve Ramsey (pictured) netted from close range to put Havant 3-0 up.
The Hawks added three goals in the last quarter of an hour. Substitute Mustafa Tiryaki skimmed a superb first-time shot into the bottom corner, Sewell half-volleyed home at the near post and Robson fired in after a Sewell cross had deflected off Ricky Marinaro.
Following their 5-0 win over Doncaster on Wednesday, Havant march through to the semi finals as the tournament's top scorers and the only side yet to concede a goal.
With teams being awarded two points for scoring in a defeat, one goal would have seen Barnstaple finish level with Doncaster.
Instead, they had to settle for three points, with Doncaster, who left North Devon on four.
A Tom Bradshaw goal 2 minutes from time gave Shrewsbury a 1-0 win over Rushden & Diamonds at Torrington's Vicarage Field.
Bradshaw was only attempting to close down a Diamonds` defender as he cleared. But the ball rebounded off his foot and flew past goalkeeper Dale Roberts.
Shrewsbury top group three with six points. Rushden and Ilfracombe finished on four.
Blue Square Bet Premier side Luton Town came back from a goal down to win 3-1 at Zamaretto Division One Central outfit Marlow.
The home side took the lead 3 minutes after half time courtesy of a penalty from skipper Mitchell Woodward.
Jake Howells pulled the Hatters back on terms after 68 minutes and 3 minutes later Kevin Gallen made it 2-1, with Keith Keane adding a third in stoppage time.
Ryman League Premier Division newcomers Concord Rangers shocked Blue Square Bet South visitors Bishop`s Stortford, who were beaten 4-0.
Rangers` goals came from Dave Green, James Moreton, Lyle Taylor Sinfield and Kayan Kalipha.
Another Conference South side to taste defeat against lower league opposition were Maidenhead United.
A Maidenhead side comprising predominantly of potential reserves and triallists lost 3-1 to Uhlsport Hellenic Leaguers Holyport.
It was a competitive fixture and a good work out for the squad who were 1-0 down at half time and three down before Josh Waldron scored a late consolation goal.
Blue Square Bet South side Staines Town enjoyed a good 3-2 win against League Two neighbours Brentford in front of a crowd of 694.
The Swans` on target were Richard Butler, Marien Ifura and Leroy Griffiths.
