Alfreton Town manager Nicky Law has strengthened his squad with two signings in time for Tuesday`s Blue Square North trip to Solihull Moors.
Law has signed central midfield player Jake Moult from league rivals Stafford Rangers and right-sided midfield player Jack Muldoon from UniBond League Division One South side Glapwell.
Moult, 20, began his career with Port Vale before moving on to Plymouth Argyle and then spending the back end of the 2007/08 campaign at Kidderminster Harriers.
Leek Town became his next port of call before joining Rangers.
An athletic, busy and mobile player, Moult covers lots of ground and gets in the opposing penalty area.
Muldoon (pictured), 20, is a former Scunthorpe United junior who is comfortable either in an advanced striking role or in midfield.
After a six-month spell with Doncaster Rovers` reserve side he moved to Brigg Town, and then switched to Glapwell via Sheffield FC.
A very quick player, he is strongly built as well and has an eye for goal which will give the Reds more options.
Both players will go straight into Alfreton's squad for the trip to Damson Park.
Left-back Chris Shaw is set to finally make his debut having signed before the original game at Solihull on December 19th which was postponed.
Having had their last six games in a row postponed, the Reds will be hoping to taste league action for the first time in thirty-eight days and a win can lift them back into the play-off places.
Law's side can achieve a second league double of the campaign with a win in the West Midlands, but relegation-fighting Moors will be keen to erase the memory of a 3-0 defeat in Derbyshire in the second game of the season.
Law has a full strength squad to choose from with the exception of central defender Aden Flint who, thanks to the frost and snow, is still to serve two of a four-game suspension.
