Blue Square South club Weston-super-Mare have lost Charlie Comyn-Platt has decided to return to Australia for another year.
A former fans` favourite, the central defender had only returned from Australia last month after playing for ECU Joondalup Soccer Club.
Comyn-Platt (pictured) was at Bolton Wanderers from the age of 12 to 18 and made four first-team appearances under Sam Allardyce, before moving to Swindon Town, where he added thirty League games to his tally before switching to Rochdale on an eighteen-month contract after spending time on loan at Blue Square Premier Grays Athletic. He orginally joined Weston in November 2007.
Comyn-Platt was unable to play for the Seagulls since his return due to the lack of international clearance from `Down Under`.
