Blue Square South club Lewes, who welcomed former player Jean-Michel Sigere back to the Dripping Pan earlier this week, have now added former Eastbourne Borough favourite Scott Ramsay to their squad from Ryman League Premier Division neighbours Hasti
A vastly experienced player, Ramsay started his career as a professional with Brighton in 1999, and subsequently enjoyed brief spells at Yeovil Town and Dover Athletic before joining Eastbourne Borough in July 2002.
He spent six successful seasons at Priory Lane, amassing 185 goals in 283 appearances, and helping Boro rise to the top flight of the non-League Pyramid.
He was surprisingly allowed to leave and joined Hastings in June 2008, despite attracting interest from several higher level clubs.
He soon found himself converted to a central defensive role in his first season at the Pilot Field, and continued in that position at the start of the 2009/10 campaign.
