Administrative Assistant for Football Competition & Associated Events

The Football Conference requires an Administrative Assistant at its Headquarters in central Birmingham.

As part of a small team the successful applicant will be required to participate in all aspects of administering a major football competition and its associated events. Main tasks will include:-

• Maintenance of all player registrations on a bespoke computer programme.
• Checking player participation.
• Compliance of Clubs and players with Competition Rules.
• Filing, dealing with telephone inquiries & all general administrative duties.
• Event management.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook essential. A good knowledge of football industry will be advantageous.

Occasional weekend work required, as well as readiness to work out of normal office hours and willingness to travel within the operating area of the Competition.

Competitive salary - negotiable depending on experience.
