Dicks Handed Grays Post

Former West Ham and Liverpool defender Julian Dicks has been named as the new manager of Blue Square Premier strugglers Grays Athletic.
His appointment looks to have ended the tenure of Gary Phillips, who was left in limbo when Grays opted to interview possible replacements.
He quit playing in 2001, and his only previous managerial experience came at Ridgeons League Premier Division side Wivenhoe.
He left the Essex club in June after a six-month spell in charge during which time the club's future was in dispute during his time there.
Grays are currently third-bottom, with just one win from their first nine games.
