Vernazza Joins Grays

Blue Square Premier club Grays Athletic have added midfielder Paolo Vernazza to their squad.
Vernazza started at Arsenal and played for Ipswich, Portsmouth on loan whilst still on the Gunners` books.
He played a dozen times for Arsenal`s first-team before moving to Watford in December 2000.
He made over 100 appearances for Watford and went north to Rotherham for a year or so before returning to the London area to sign for Dagenham & Redbridge in December 2006.
Since then he has had spells with Weymouth, Crawley Town and Woking.
