Blue Square Bet South club Dorchester Town have added a new striker in time for the Bank Holiday weekend fixtures.
Saul Otobo, who trialled with the Magpies in pre-season, has now signed forms for manager Ashley Vickers.
Stafford Rangers signed Otobo last February.
The 22-year-old moved to Marston Road as a free agent after leaving Blue Square South side Eastleigh, and had been training with Chester City but was not offered a deal due to the club’s transfer embargo.
Otobo has led a somewhat nomadic career after brief stints with Eastleigh, St Albans City and Woking.
Also in the south he has served the likes of Greenwich Borough, Horsham and Hastings United, while he has also plied his trade in the north of the country with Cammell Laird, Vauxhall Motors and Witton Albion.
Two players who have left Dorchester, albeit on a temporary basis, are defender Jake Smeeton and midfielder Harry Nodwell.
The former is back at Toolstation Western League side Gillingham Town, having enjoyed a loan spell there last season, while the latter joins fellow Magpie Harry Montacute at another Western Lerague outfit, Barnstaple Town.
