County Lose Cook to Eastleigh

Defender Aaron Cook has returned to the south of England and joined Eastleigh from Blue Square South rivals Newport County.
Cook, 29, who was skipper at Spytty Park, signed for the Exiles initially on loan from Salisbury City in November 2008 having also captained the Blue Square Premier side where he was a regular for five years.
A central defender who can also play at full-back, he started at Portsmouth, making one League appearance and had loan spells at Crystal Palace.
He has since played for Bognor RegisRegis, Havant & Waterlooville and Bashley before joining Salisbury.
He quickly settled at County, captaining the side in the successful second half of the season, and scoring two goals in twenty-five games.
