Ian Roper and Andre Boucaud are staying with Blue Square Bet Premier club Kettering Town.
Defender Roper (pictured), who captained the club last season, has penned a new one-year deal at the Elgood`s Brewery Arena with the Poppies having an option for a further year after that.
Roper was signed by Mark Cooper last summer and became a hit with Poppies` fans for his robust style. He also scored in the 1-1 draw with Leeds United in the FA Cup.
Boucaud had a stop-start season due to injuries last time out and failed to hit the heights of the Poppies' first campaign back in non-League football's top-flight.
But he has agreed a new deal and the double boost for Lee Harper comes after goalkeeper Nathan Abbey signed a contract with the club earlier this week.
