In the only Blue Square South game of Tuesday night, Basingstoke Town recovered from being two down only to concede a late goal and miss a penalty to lose 3-2 at the Camrose.
Bromley took the lead after 15 minutes through Rob Gillman and extended their lead when Richard Butler scrambled the ball home on 37 minutes.
Tom Williamson pulled a goal back just before half time and Gary Frewen levelled the scores with 13 minutes to go.
However, Bromley were not done and Butler, a recent signing from Staines Town, snatched the points with his second of the match with 3 minutes remaining, with Matt Warner’s injury-time penalty miss compounding the misery for `Stoke.
