In the only game in Blue Square South on Tuesday night, Bath City and Havant & Waterlooville shared a 1-1 draw at Twerton Park.
The four other scheduled matches at Basingstoke Town, Bromley, Hampton & Richmond Borough and Welling United all fell foul of the Tuesday downpour in the south.
Darren Edwards put City, who could have gone into the top five with a victory, ahead after just 9 minutes but Manny Williams equalised on 33 minutes and had a number of chances to win it for the visitors.
New loanee Dave Gilroy came off the bench for City and nearly deflected a clearance by Hawks` keeper Aaron Howe into the net but the match finished level.
