Harrogate Town have signed experienced wide player Rory Prendergast from Blue Square North rivals Eastwood Town.
Prendergast, 31, made of 100 appearances for Accrington Stanley before being sold to Blackpool, for a six-figure sum. He made thirty-one appearances for the Tangerines before moving to Rochdale, making twenty appearances.
In 2008, he dropped out of the Football League into the Conference and joined Farsley Celtic for an undisclosed fee, signing an eighteen-month contract.
Farsley were relegated in the 2007/08 campaign and the player stayed with the club and Prendergast played thirty-two games for Farsley in Blue Square North last season.
He signed for the Badgers in August but has suffered an injury-hit short spell at Coronation Park.
