All accreditation requests must be made by email to dave@footballconference.co.uk on the official application form below. Telephone or faxed requests will not be accepted.

One form should be submitted for each representative seeking to attend. (Multiple applications will not be accepted). APPLICATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 5PM ON WEDNESDAY 5TH MAY 2010.

Received applications will be acknowledged by email. However, please note; confirmation of successful applications will be sent separately, (during week commencing Monday 10th May 2010).

Passes will only be issued to working journalists and photographers. Under 16’s or anyone wearing Club colours will not be admitted to working areas.

All accredited broadcasters, journalists and photographers are required to bring proof of identity to the match. Please note: only persons with valid ID will be permitted entry to the Stadium.

Only the following forms of ID are considered acceptable:

- Photographic Driving License

- Valid Passport

- Football League/ Premier League Identity Card

- UK Press Card

All press and photographers will be given broadband internet access at their desk/pitchside and in their work rooms.

Please note that the deadline for international orders is 23rd April and domestic orders on 30th April 2010.

NB:- Please note there is no parking for Media at Wembley Stadium
