Portugese Winger Joins Thurrock

Managerless Blue Square Bet South club Thurrock have signed Portugese winger Joao Miguel Martins Pais De Carlos from Ryman League Division One North neighbours Brentwood Town.

Carlos played for Clapton and Brentwood before signing for Aveley in 2008. He was then signed by League neighbours Dagenham & Redbridge on non-contract terms at the start of November 2009.

He made his debut for the Daggers in February 2010 in a 31 away defeat to Rochdale, who they would eventually accompany to promotion to League One a few months later.

However, that was to be his one and only appearances for John Still`s side and in August 2010 he re-signed for Brentwood.
