Burke Becomes a Permanent Tiger

Matty Burke's loan spell with Blue Square North club Hyde United has now come to an end as he has now spent the maximum ninety-three days at Ewen Fields.
However, the midfielder has now signed permanantly for the Tigers after securing his release from league rivals Alfreton Town.
Burke is a powerful, strong tackling midfield player who joined Alfreton from Vauxhall Motors in June 2009.
Burke, who can also operate in attack, spent seven years at Blackpool’s Academy before being released aged 18.
He had a three-year spell with Salford City and a short stay at Barrow from where he joined Motors.
He won six England Youth international caps whilst on the books at Blackpool.
