Blue Square South club Braintree Town have added two further players to his squad as he prepares for pre-season training.
Twenty-year-old left-back Andrew Howell joins Iron from Ryman League Premier Division side Tooting & Mitcham United.
Last season Howell finished as both Tooting's Supporters` and managers` player of the year, making 40 appearances.
Prior to his spell at Tooting, Howell (pictured) was at Queen's Park Rangers, where he made an appearance in the Football League under manager Ian Holloway.
Also joining the Iron is 23-year-old central midfielder Jacob Mingle from Blue Square Premier side Eastbourne Borough.
The Sussex side paid a fee to Ryman Leaguers Horsham in January for Mingle's signature and he went on to make three appearances in the Conference before the end of last season.
Prior to his spell at Horsham, Mingle enjoyed spells at both Crystal Palace and Charlton Athletic.
