Former Manager and Chairman of Wycombe Wanderers involved 38 years. Designed and project managed the building of Adams Park. FA Staff Coach and Director of Bisham Abbey for over 20 years. Vice Chairman then Vice President of the Football Conference since 1991.

Joined the Board of Southport Football Cub in 1982 becoming Chairman in 1984. Joined the Board of the Football Conference in 1995, serving as Vice Chairman from 1998-2003 and from 2005 to date. Has been appointed to represent The Football Conference on the FA Council following the acceptance of the Burns Report. Was awarded an MBE in the Birthday Honours List by the Queen in June 2011, for services to Manufacturing and Football on Merseyside.

David Martin, Dorchester Town Fc.

Held several voluntary positions at Dorchester Town before joining the board in 1990. Has also been secretary since 1999 and appointed Vice Chairman in 2010. Was Treasurer of Dorset County FA for six years and a Director of The Southern Football League for ten years where he organised three conference weekends and oversaw incorporation of the league. Works as an accountant in Local Government. Elected to The FA Council in 2011 as a divisional representative.

Joined the Board of Moor Green FC in 1993 and following the merger with Solihull Moors FC continued on the Board of Solihull Moors FC I am now in my third year as Chairman. Previous to joining Moor Green FC I was Vice Chairman, Secretary and Director at Worcester City FC. My non league affair started in 1958 at Alvechurch FC where I remained for over thirty years holding positions as Secretary and Director. My working life has been and still is in the Printing Industry.

Current Chairman of Barnet Football Club. Tony became the youngest Chairman of a Football League Club when he bought the club in 1994. A former Director of the Football League and the Football Association; as well as sitting on a number of committees for the governance of football in the UK.

Gary Sweet, Luton Town FC.

Gary Sweet, current Luton Town Managing Director, orchestrated the Club's exit from administration during 2007/08 with two other current directors, uniting a small number of supporters and businessman who invested into a long term plan to stabilise the Hatters. After overwhelming points deductions handed down from the FA and the FL making it impossible for the Club to remain in League 2, Gary joined the Conference board along with the Club's entry into the Blue Square Premier. During a career with various global corporations Gary began his involvement in football by becoming a founder director of the Luton Town's supporter's Trust in 2002.

Currently a Director of KHFC since 2005 and Chairman of The Football Conference Youth Alliance. Wayne still turns out for KHFC Fans Team several times in a season. Entrepreneurial business background in Property and Service Industry. Previously a Director and Official of Cheltenham Town 1993-2003 overseeing the rise from the Southern League into the Football League.

Graham Wood (Co-opted) Gateshead FC.

Chairman of his home town club, Gateshead, since 2006, Graham was Vice Chairman of Sunderland FC from 1987 to 1995 before selling his UK based boiler manufacturing business and moving to America. Following the sale of his Massachusetts based heating company he returned to live in London and in 2003 became Chairman of his wife's home town club, Hampton & Richmond Borough FC for two seasons before returning to his native northeast.

B: 01452 534115 M: 07763 831070 Colin has extensive experience throughout the game, including 16 years spent with the Football Conference. This coming season, his service to the membership will be focused mainly on, Youth Alliance, Ground Grading and Respect/Discipline.

Andrew Shaw (Co-opted) Altrincham FC.

Self employed Chartered Surveyor. A lifelong Manchester City supporter who joined the Altrincham board in 2002. Vice president of the National Association of Disabled Supporters. Football background includes employment by the New York Cosmos and co-ordinator of the 1966 World Cup team for charity matches in the 1980’s. Andrew was appointed Vice Chairman of Altrincham FC in May 2011.Football Conference FA Councillor.

Mel Stein (Co-opted) Honorary Legal Advisor

Mel Stein has been the Legal Advisor to the Football Conference since 2004. He is a practising solicitor with Sport and Media firm Clintons and also a Professor of Sports Law at Coventry University having previously created one of the first Sports Law Courses at King's College, London where he obtained his own degree. He is also the author of 18 books.
