CONFERENCE: Crawley Donovan deal done

Crawley Town have secured the signing of 20 year old Millwall Centre back James Donovan on a contract to the end of the 2005-2006 season.

Donovan, who progressed through the Youth ranks of the South London club, enjoyed a successful spell on loan at Farnborough Town towards the end of the 2003-2004 season and has made the bench on a number of occasions this season, including the FA Cup match against Wolverhampton Wanderers.

6' 4" Donovan's registration has gone through in time to take his place in the squad for tonight's GLS Cup match against Margate.

Crawley Town can also announce their first Pre Season Match of the 2005-2006 campaign, with last seasons FA Cup finalists Millwall visiting the Broadfield Stadium on Saturday 16th July 2005, kick off 3pm.
