TRANSFER: Deane joins Farnborough Town

Farnborough Town have signed former Crawley Town midfielder Adrian Deane.

Deane is a Republic of Ireland under-21 winger who can also play up front. A product of the Charlton Athletic youth scheme, he had a squad number with the Premiership side last season without making an appearance.

Adrian joined Conference newcomers Crawley Town at the beginning of the season and was released two weeks ago after scoring one goal, ironically against Farnborough, in twelve appearances.

More recently he registered for Hornchurch before being snapped up by Boro Manager Dean Austin.

The player goes straight into the Boro squad for tomorrow's Nationwide Conference fixture away at Burton Albion.
